Originality and uniqueness were the objectives for this home office study and library renovation. Extensive fretted paneling and cabinetry made from solid, quarter-sawn bubinga and rotary-cut veneers dominate the room. Two quarter-round curio cabinets flank a central credenza with an arched top. A plasma TV can be raised and lowered by remote control. Open bookshelves surround the credenza. An intricate compound-radiused crown bonnet features a flute-and-dot detail. Four integrated pilasters feature hidden cabinets within.
The lower cabinets have true bowed fronts with curved doors. Complimenting the built-in cabinetry is a matching bubinga oval desk. AV cables and wires are hidden inside one of the table legs. Two flip up access panels built into the desktop allow for AV connections.
